Jay, along with his wife and business partner, Sally, opened Bruner Realty and Management in 1986 after moving back to Madison from Bozeman, Montana. Jay grew up in Madison and real estate development was a family business dating back to 1960. Jay and Sally love spending time with their three children and five grandchildren.

Over the years, Jay's experience has given him an extensive knowledge of Madison and its residents. Jay loves meeting with current and prospective clients, managing a young, motivated staff, and passing along knowledge to the next generation of Bruner Realty.

When not in the office, Jay enjoys fishing, golfing and the Badgers. GO BUCKY!
