ACCOUNTING AND REPORTING

We can deliver these financials and other essential reports such as security deposit summaries, delinquency reports, and check registers on a monthly or quarterly basis. Additionally, we always supply year-end reports to assist with your tax preparations.
BANK ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

COLLECTION OF RENTS
We use a software called AppFolio that lets tenants pay their rent online, making it easier and quicker to collect payments. If we don't get the rent by the 5th of the month, we add late fees and send out reminders. If someone falls behind on payments, we take fast and legal action to fix the issue, so you, as the property owner, don't face any cash flow problems.
