Tyler has been a part of his family-owned business since his teens by helping with lawn/bed maintenance and rehab. He joined full time in 2004 and is Project Maintenance Manager and is an integral part of all managed and converted properties. Laminate wood and ceramic tile installation, drywall, cabinet, and finish carpentry are just a few of his many skills. Tyler is also a sales associate for Bruner Realty & Management which gives him an even more in-depth role in the business. He works well with many sub-contractors to complete the job on time! Tyler, wife Patty, daughter Jacey, and son Myles reside in Dane, Wisconsin.

He enjoys being with his family and black labs Marley and Kenzy as well as playing disc golf, fishing, golfing and snowshoeing. He is a devoted Wisconsin sports fan and loves to be outdoors working on his yard and garden.
